Professional development

Professional development - vital to the success of any innovation. How do we do it well, do it efficiently and also cater for the range of staff involved? It isn't easy.

We can start by walking the walk...delivering blended learning PD in a blended learning format. (As compared to the traditional 'lecture' format as shown in the image to the right!)
We also need to be aware of the skills and attitudes of those who have to be trained. It isn't always easy, but is is necessary.
