Yet how many organizations have guidelines to help teachers update courses efficiently? Teachers are usually time poor, and a 'tick sheet' type guide can help immensely. Having this guide come with instructions, complete with screen shots, can help when a teacher has to jog his/her memory on how to quickly update or delete this legacy material.
As part of my role in leading whole organization change, I have been finalizing this type of guide ready for the start of the year.
Some of the areas outlined will also apply to other OLEs and LMSs. (We roll over most components of each course as staff often reuse dropboxes, discussions, etc.) This is a partial shot of the topics; a small part of a larger document.
