Six ways to make your blended learning PD better

The whole purpose of using technology in education is to make learning and teaching better. Thus, everything I do is based on the premise that improved (blended) learning is the goal. Professional development for staff is a key part in achieving this goal, particularly when working to change an entire organization.
This article highlights six fundamental areas for successful professional development to occur in this drive to better blended learning across the whole organization.
